职位描述:
1. 负责机械、电气物料的日常询价比价工作；
Responsible for mechanical parts and electrical parts daily enquiries.
2. SAP系统价格及货源管理；
Responsible for SAP price and quota management;
3. 负责新供应商开发及管理；
Responsible for new sourcing development and management; ；
4．负责第二/货源或是多货源开发并完成样品认证，供应商资质审核等。
Responsible for second source or multi source development ，sample qualication, EQ audit .
5. 分析供应商的成本结构，制定降本计划，完成公司每年的降本任务；
Analyze supplier‘s cost model and establish cost reduction plan, achieve annual cost down target;
6. 负责供应商的季度及年度绩效管理；
Responsible for supplier performance evaluation quarterly and yearly;
7. 与供应商有关技术、品质和交货问题的沟通与协调；
Coordinate with supplier and PE, QM and LG regarding technical, quality and delivery
8. 负责国外的兄弟工厂在国内的采购支持和协调。
Responsible for the procurement support and coordination of brother factories abroad in China
9. 负责销售新投标项目的采购成本议价及核算，支持销售工作赢得更多订单。
Responsible for purchase price negotiation and cost check for new bidding project to support sales team win more orders.
10. 部门领导分配的其他工作任务。

任职要求:
1.机械类专业或电气类专业专科以上学历；机械类采购工程师必须看懂机械图纸，同时有焊接件采购经验优先；负责电气类采购需看懂电气基本原理图及熟悉各类电气部件。
College degree or above, major in machinery or electrical engineering, mechanical purchasing engineer must understand drawings, welding parts procurement experience is preferred ，electrical purchasing engineer needs to understand electrical drawing and familiar with electrical parts .
2.三年或以上采购工作经验（有大公司工作背景可优先考虑）；
Three years or above sourcing work experience(with big manufacturing industry company is preferred).
3.熟悉Office办公软件，尤其Excel制表, PPT等；
Familiar with Office software, especially Excel, Powerpoint.
4.工作责任心强，有良好的团队精神、沟通能力和谈判技巧，有较强的执行力和洞察力。
Strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit and communication skill and negotiation ability, strong execution and insight
5. 有较强的项目管理经验； Strong project management experience.
6. 语言要求：能用英语基本沟通；Language requirement: basic communication ability in English
7. 熟悉SAP系统并熟练使用与采购相关的各种口令Familiar with SAP system and can use all related code of PSM skillfully.
