职位描述:
Basic Purpose of The Position 岗位基本职责：
1.Coordinate the improvement projects in different PCB Manufacturing process, including capability and quality improvement, cost saving, etc.协调推进制造过程中的改进项目，包括能力和质量改进，成本节约等。
2.Ensure different projects and activities are Ｏn schedule implemented.确保不同的项目和活动如期实施。
3.Provide solid solution and conduct trouble shooting Ｏn smooth the production effectiveness.提供解决方案并进行执行行动方案，以确保生产顺利进行。
任职要求:
Requirements职位要求：
1.6年以上PCB硬板制作流程或生产经验（process engineering or production)，具有高层板对位（>20层）、HDI经验优先。
2.积极主动，有改善项目成功推动经验。
3.中等或以上规模PCB厂经验，前中工序经验优先。
4.Bachelor degree or college degree in mechanical or Electrical Engineering电子、机械类本科毕业或大专学历。
